Refund and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Ezaroo.
Refunds or replacements may be requested if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The product differs significantly from its description
- The order is not delivered within the stated timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Ezaroo.
